Write to support@app-dev.kleersonic.com about anything: a file that won't clean, a result you're unhappy with, your account, or a payment. A person reads every message, and we reply within 2 business days, usually sooner.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened, with the exact error message if you saw one.
- The file type (for example MP4 or WAV), its length and roughly its size.
- Your browser and device (for example Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).
- For account or billing questions, write from the email address you sign in with.
Please don't attach a recording unless we ask for one. Your files are cleaned on your device and we never see them, so describe the file instead. If a sample would really help, we'll ask and tell you how it will be handled.
Billing and cancelling
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancelling; payments are not refunded, except for a charge made in error. All payments are handled by Razorpay: a declined card or a bank mandate problem is settled with your bank and Razorpay, but write to us and we'll help. For a question about a charge, include the date and amount or the payment reference from your receipt — never your card details. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
