Kleersonic plans are monthly subscriptions to a digital service. Nothing is shipped: your plan is available in your account as soon as the payment goes through. This page explains how cancelling works and why payments are not refunded.
The Free forever plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund; this policy applies to paid plans only. Try the free plan first to make sure Kleersonic works for your recordings before you pay.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your account, without giving a reason.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that it is not renewed, no further amount is charged, and your account returns to the free plan.
- A cancellation can't be undone. If you change your mind, you can subscribe again once the current period has ended.
- Files in your library stay available to download or delete after your plan ends; you just can't add new ones.
No refunds
All payments are final. We don't refund any payment, in full or in part — including the first payment of a plan, renewals, unused cleaning or transcription hours or the rest of a billing period after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
The only exceptions are a charge made in error, such as being charged twice for the same period, and cases where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged in error, email support@app-dev.kleersonic.com from the address you sign in with, with the date and amount of the payment or the payment reference from your receipt. Don't send card details — we never need them. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so a corrected charge is returned by Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
